Board of Directors Candidate Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Freedom's Rest Family Violence Center Board of Directors. Please complete the application below and submit for consideration.

Freedom's Rest is seeking new board members to help advance our mission to provide shelter and advocacy to the survivors of domestic and sexual violence and to promote education to break the cycle of violence in our community.

Interested board candidates are asked to complete the following application. Each application will be reviewed by the organizations Executive Director. Candidates who are considered to be a good fit for board service will be invited to a brief meeting the Executive Director and a tour of the shelter. This meeting will take place in Ozark. The Executive Director will then forward to the candidate's information to the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors.

Each elected member of the Board of Directors must complete and sign these forms prior to service on the board and must review annually.
